Pricing Stability
It is our policy to maintain prices for the duration of our catalog unless we are subjected to dramatic manufacturers’ price increases.

Options – Ask your Account Manager about our electronic reorder system that gives you control of an out-of-control area of your office that allows you to order from multiple dealers.

Payment
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You may also pay by check with your order, C.O.D or Check By Phone. Orders may be placed on open account for qualified customers. In this case, a credit application will be taken and upon approval, credit will be extended for 30 days. Payment is due within 7 days after receipt of the product, unless other arrangements have been made. Balances unpaid after 30 days incur finance charges of 1-1/2% per month. Disputed invoices are the exception to this policy. If we find it necessary to place an account for collection, reasonable attorney fees and costs will be assessed.

Shipping
There is a $6.95 handling fee on each order. The actual cost of shipping may apply on orders under $75.00. Shipping charges may also be included for shipping bulk and/or heavy items such as some paper products, gloves, plasters and stones and liquids.
The Service Plus Dental Club will ship members’ orders via the fastest ground service available. One to three day delivery on most orders within the continental United States. Delivery via: UPS or FedEX. Next Day shipping to WI, MN and IL.

Hazardous Materials
Look for the hazardous symbols in the catalog to identify hazardous materials. Materials considered hazardous by the Department of Transportation (DOT) will be assessed a surcharge. This charge is figured according to the DOT and will be added to your invoice or credit card transaction. Due to DOT regulations, we do not ship any hazardous items by air and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns
If a product needs to be returned, please call our customer service department. In order to expedite a return, please do the following:
Enclose a copy of your invoice in the box with the item.
Write the reason for returning the item on the invoice.
Verify the product was purchased within the last 30 days.
Return the item in its original carton, package or container (packaged inside a corrugated box)
Make certain the item is clean and in a saleable form.

Mis-ordered Merchandise
Returns as a result of mis-ordered merchandise or items that were not purchased in the past 30 days are subject to a restocking charge, as well as, shipping fees. Hazardous materials, special order items and dental alloys are not returnable.

Handpieces
Before opening a sealed handpiece box or carton, please examine the label to determine that you have received the correct item(s) you ordered. For your protection, small equipment that you open or use, such as handpieces, cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Handpieces and equipment items will be replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty, as directed by federal regulations.

Special Order Items
Non-stock items will be charged at the suggested retail price. Shipping fees will be assessed on all non-stock items. Non-stock items are not returnable.
